Some say Allosaurus. Allosaurus was certainly a capable hunter, but there was a group of little-known but equally powerful dinosaurs – Torvosaurus. They have an average body length of 36 feet (11 meters), even bigger than the largest Allosaurus. Conard, a Torvosaurus, was 36 feet long and weighed about 5 tons. Its sturdy skull could withstand strong impacts from fierce fighting and extreme predation with no injury.
