We regret to inform you that the coronavirus outbreak has affected shipments of goods from China, where all PNSO models are manufactured. As shipping companies that carry goods from China to the rest of the world reduce the number of seaborne vessels and air cargos, several of our shipments were negatively affected. For those of you who are experiencing delay in shipment and delivery, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would greatly appreciate your understanding as we fight through this difficult period.
