This page applies to Art Collection pieces bought directly on this website, such as our limited-edition bronze sculptures. PNSO models bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon’s shipping and return policies; for help with an Amazon order, use the support options in Your Orders on Amazon.

Limited editions

Each limited-edition piece carries an edition number. Edition numbers are assigned at random, so a specific number can’t be requested or reserved.

Shipping and insurance

• Free shipping. PNSO USA pays all shipping costs.

• Insured delivery. Every shipment is insured at PNSO USA’s expense.

• Shipping time. Unless the product page says otherwise, orders ship within two months of purchase.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is a limited-edition work of art, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality problem with your piece.

If your piece arrives damaged or has a quality defect, email us at contact@usa.pnso.org with your order number and photos of the problem, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card number. To learn how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
